Hi, The majority of my Mitel Superset 4125 phones are firmware 8.4 However, we have several older 4125 models that had 8.19. Via my Mitel SX-200, I upgraded them to 8.20 BUT, I'd love to have all my phones at the same firmware level but my PBX only has 8.20. Is there any way to upgrade my Mitel SX-200 to it supports firmware 8.4 (or higher?) I believe I'm running Lightwave 19 but I'm not sure if the phone firmware is tied to the PBX software or if it can be upgraded seperately.
Thanks! -Jeff

the only way to upgrade the firmware through the sets is either through the PBx or by sending them in for repair to Mitel. Not sure which load you would need to get to update your sets to a higher level
