Hey, just wondering does anyone know how to perform a ping test from the 3300 controller ?, i know you can ping from an IP phone, but is there a way of performing ping test logging in via telnet and via CLI command ?. You would think this would be a useful feature as this is an IP device ?. Maybe i'm wrong but i think it would be useful. Many thanks guys !!!! (This is my first post, be nice !)

You can ping from the RTC prompt using the following:
ping "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx"
use a Ctrl C to stop it.
