I have an Asterisk server connected to a T1 card in an SX-200. 90% of the time the calls that come into the Asterisk server and bridged to the Mitel are done so without fail. The other 10% of the time I can see the call bridge properly (that is, I can see the call placed to the Mitel and answered by either a recorded device or a person) but there is no audio whatsoever.
This may be strictly an Asterisk question/issue but I haven't found much info to that end so I'm asking here.
Thanks!

Have you checked your T1 clock settings? Any slips or errors occurring on the link?

Thanks for the reply. We were getting SLIP and Maint Loss threshold errors due to the timing but we have cleared those up with the proper settings. The dead calls still occur though.
Unfortunately the Mitel is in Florida and I'm in Boston but I'll have them check the logs to see if the errors came back.
Thanks

This error has been resolved. It turns out that the provider that was bridging the calls to our Asterisk server had a hardware problem. They reported that 10% of the calls would fail with no audio!
They fixed the issue and it is working fine.
PS: Have another issue that I'll post in a new thread.
