The company that I work for is going to hire a telemarketer and would like to be able to monitor their phone live. Is there anyway do do this.
We have a SX-200 system running 5220 Phones.

I believe you have a sx200icp. Yes you can do silent monitoring with the proper programming.

I do have the sx200icp also a msu and a dell poweredge console. I know just the very basics with mataining users. How would I go about setting up this feature?

Thanks John for the email. I am not sure that is going to work for me. I was able to enable the Silent Monitoring Access Code but when I try to use it, it says No Access. I found a Option for ACD Supervisors: ![[Linked Image from s106006883.onlinehome.us]](https://s106006883.onlinehome.us/mitel.gif) In there, it asks for a Supervisor ID Code, Name and COS. What do I put in there? I dont know much and am a little nervous to do something I am not sure about.
