Do any of you guys use IMAT ?, need to set up a new 3300 that has a Universal NSU running 12 channels of PRI. I've only set up embedded modules or E1/T1 dual framers so far and never had to use IMAT. Please any info or tips would be welcome !.

install IMAT on your pc, connect to the NSU via an ethernet crossover cable. I belive you need to set your IP address to 192.168.1.220, with a subnet of 255.255.255.0 no gateway. Open up IMAT and select File>connect to a remote site. Select the Connect over ethernet box and put 192.168.1.1 as the address and hit connect. Play with that once your in there if you need more help email me.

Thanks Jack, I've already installed IMAT no probs and have been able to connect using a crossover cable to 192.168.1.1 The thing i really wanna know is if you are setting up a new 3300 with Uni NSU and you program your details into the 3300 Digital trunks forms do you have to also enter it into the NSU or does it transfer to the NSU when you hook it up via the fibre ?. I have programmed my 3300 trunks but can find no programming in the NSU so far and does not give me the option in IMAT to save, only to start a new DB.
I feel really frustrated with this, it's much easier with the embedded.
