Our 16-port bri card is pouting, lines can't be seized, anyone know how to wake it up? The NT1 lights blink and then come on steady so it looks like things are ok at layer one. We used to get lights on the card when they synched up, now all we have is the green power led. TIA!

If nobodies messed around with the database and changed descriptors or IMAT, first thing I'd try would be to reset the card and reload it. Don't forget yer antistatic gear and e-a-s-e that card in and out - I've seen heavy handed techs bend/break pins in 'em.
