I have a Mitel Superset 420 telphone and would like to hook up 2 phones (only one of the needs to be a superset 420) to the same extension. It will only allow one phone at a time. Does anyone know anyway how to make this configuration work?

Welcome to the board. Please fill out your profile. It's always nice to know who you are talking to & where they are from. Thanks.

If you have a current enough version of software, you can use the "Twinning " feature to associate two hardware ports together, to act as a single extension.

You could also program a key appearance of the analog set on the 420
