Can a name be set for outbound calls on our PRI's using IMAT or is this set by the service provider?
Our phone numbers are showing up on the called party caller id but the name is displayed as unknown.
our PRI's are set to Null in IMAT.
SX2000 Light
PRI card is MC270AA
IMAT 6.0.1.8

We use IMAT VERSION 7.5.04 and I don't think we can send out caller name but just number only .

It is generally set by the service provider.
