I have SX200D G1005. I'm trying to set up a SS4DN as a sub-attendant. The point of the sus-attendant is to allow paged hold pickup access from programmed hold keys on the 4DN.
The manual indicates that after setting up the device type as "sub-att" that it would be advisable to program several keys as multicall buttons of the prime.
Yet, every attempt to program a multicall of the prime, gives us an error that says multicall keys are not allowed.
Help!!
Anyone with any thoughts?

Most releases of the SX200 do not allow a SubAtt to have multiple appearances of the prime. You'll probably want the buttons for either LDNs or DSS/BLF anyway.
