I need a service tech to help me with a MITEL SX100 (analog unit)

I need help in programming it (Just asigning numbers for the extensions) 96 stations . No external line needed works like an intercom.

I will pay any one that can help me eitherr by coming over to my station or by phone.

Good without the overlay and console you would be SOL . What is the card configuration in your sx100 cabinet ? Starting from left to right .

You are correct . This could turn into a very lengthly post . I will PM if he wants me to . If it turns out he needs more than a simple push in the right direction I will suggest he contact a local company/tech for support . My error .

I have called MITEL and was given a local company support tel...I have asked for a service call and the MITEL guy tald me " I DO NOT KNOW THIS UNIT" after $150.00 minimum charge ?
It looks that the unit is old and the new techs have no clue about it..
He needed 4 days to learn it (his statement) ???

if all you are doing is setting intercomm
numbers its a breeze!
