need help ,my customer lost password to main menu
this is an old version, amanda tech support says they have to get in & default,but I heard I can default it thru the serial port on the vm.need to know how...

Whoa there Nellie! Hold your horses.
If by main menu, you mean mailboxes 990 and 991, you can go into MB 999 and go into mailbox admin and change the passcode for those 990 and 991 mailboxes at will.
