I have been trying to program callerid to come up on a multiline set(5224 dual), but all that appears when the prime line is in use is the trunk on which the other call is coming in on.
Oddly enough, when I have YA Lite running, and it will come up and show me the callerid on the second line no problem. I've gone through the COS for the set, but can't seem to see where, if at all, I can get this running. Any thoughts?
