Spectrum just replaced their modem & router, Spectrum is saying that their router needs to assign a DHCP IP, it can't find my static I assigned in 10-12-09 or 84-26. How can I setup the system to be in a DHCP mode to get an IP? Once it is assigned Spectrum can make it a static. Thanks

That makes zero sense. You should be able to give them the MAC address of that card. Y0u must be able to have addresses outside of DHCP for a network to work properly. Who is running their network operations?
