hi folks
one of my customer has SX-200 light with LW-19 now all the ccts on 4 ons cards of the main EL cabinet has a common problem,if we call the extension caller can hear it ringing but on the other side there is no ring,only the light on the phone blinks indicating that there is a call, apart from this the extensions are working fine. Now there are 2 bays & this problem is only with the main cabinet. i reinitialized the system but no change.Do you think the cabinet went bad.

It sounds like a bad Power Supply in the Main Cabinent or an ons card is defective . A bad Power supply would be my first choice , weak ringing voltage .

I ALSO DOUBT THE POWER SUPPLY,I M GOING THERE 2DAY TO CHANGE THE PWR SUPPLY,WILL POST THE RESULT
