I want to say first of all I am a Lucent 5ESS Switch Technician with a CLEC. I have a customer that needs to setup CPN screening with the Mitel 200-EL, via a PRI. My company has a Lucent 5ESS 2k. I need the Mitel to send me 10 digits and to code each number as "National". The vendor has worked and worked to try to get the numbers coded as "National", he is giving me the 10 digits, but so far hasn't been able to get the National part. The National isn't to be confused with the NI-2 or National protocol. Any suggestions to how this vendor can make the change so that I can see a National coded number? Thanks.

I think he needs to upgrade his PRI card to the latest software load available as I think they added that in the last load. This has been an issue with other Mitel PRI's in the last year as well so Mitel has released software to address this. the latest version for the 200el is 8.2.1.5
