i recently upgraded a customer to 3300 rel 7.0 i have 5 netvision wireless sets that i cant get to sync back up. both symbol and mitel no longer support the products so i am asking for help from anyone that might be able to give it to me.

Check your DHCP options . REL 7 uses 125 now to find Mitel IP sets ONLY. Also check your DHCP registry for discovered items . You may still need ,I think it is 128/131 . I may be 1 off on the numbers 128/131 working off memory . Symbol products I don't work with . So I am just throwing out ideas where I would check ! Hope this helps smile

thanks for the thought i have found no documentatin to say that the wont work but i also havent found any that says it will. they seem to be getting ip adresses but they just wont register.
