Ok. It is working correctly now. What the user wasn't telling us is that they could see ERASE as an option under CALLBACK. Once he did that, he was able to cancel the MWI, and we then had him send a VM to that set, watch the MWI turn on, then answer the VM and watch the MWI turn off. Thanks everyone for your input.

Yep I keep MSVCBEA activated on all digital sets . Biggest problem is getting the EU'S to stop lifting the handset . That defeats the whole feature ! Or as I say DLTHSD ! :rofl:

I thought this issue was done with, but now the 410's are back to flashing with MWI's. Is there a COS option that needs to be different between the 410 and the 420?

Make sure that you've told the Repartee to do a MW refresh. It will send the off code to all of the mailbox owners, then go back and send the on code for the boxes that currently have a new message. At least that way you'll be sure that the 2 systems are in "sync", and you're not chasing old problems.
