Cannot get this button to call our CallXpress system as it used to do. SYstem lost power over a weekend once and ever since then it hasn't worked.
The MWI light function does work on all sets but just not the fixed Message button.
Any help would be appreciated!

If you are using MISU'S reset them then when the lights get to stage 4 reset the AVT ! Should fix it ! Hope this helps
