OK, John, I know you're out there somewhere. (MB?) Setting up external call forward from the cordless night phone. Reg 100, CO to CO connect enable, abbreviated dial access enabled, cos 2 authorized trk to trk connection, reg 4 call fwd options all enabled (3) plus f=1, proceed to be cfwd external, reg 5 abb. dial access, reg 6 outgoing access to trunks, trunk grp 1 reg b=2, send answer, etc. 501-580, reg 1 connect to outgoing trk without 3rd party, reg 2 disconnect super ok. I come off hook on the cordless, dial 60, 55, 10, and hang up. 10 is the bin# for the abb. dial cell. It's entered properly in bin 10, and shows up on *65,10. Calls act like they're forwarding, and ring in the caller's ear, but will not ring the cell. If I have her transfer from the console to the cordless, and it's off-hook,(busy) it rings the cell ok. WTF?

Was reading the nfo and it say that if you don't have Disconnect Supervision Guaranteed set to yes that the trunks won't connect to each other. Register 2-c set to 1 (501-580).
Like Darrell, I do not work on this system.
Oops, looks like you got that that covered.

I've never been able to get an incoming outside call to external call forward on the 50, internal to external works fine, I don't think it can be done even though the manual reads like it can

I have been able to call forward using an older model CMP call extend, But the trunks are being handeled by the call extend, the switch is in night mode, the one I have setup transfers to an answering service.Flexible night service would be able to assign particular trunks to different locations ,call CMP and see if they have some of the older units available 800-245-9933
