Is there a way to switch the canned VM instructions for users from Alpha characters to numberic? We've got quite a few blackberry users who check their VM on the road that the alpha instructions for play, delete, etc. don't match up on their phones. Thanks.

Doo you have the NuPoint, or the Express Messenger?
The NuPoint has the option available, the Express Messenger does not.
