We have recently installed a 200ICP CX system for a client. I've set the trunks for CO to CO connect enabled under the COS for the trunks, but when trying to call forward no answer to external numbers (their cellphones) we keep getting a busy signal. I've reviewed the System Options and COS for the devices and trunks, but I am not sure what I am missing on this one. Thanks.

Check device interconnect table (form 30), verify trunk to trunk is allowed, system option internal to external call forwarding enabled

Completely looked over the fact that trunk to trunk is disallowed by the default on this system. Once i allowed it it worked just fine. Thanks. rp
