westerntelephone Member Joined: May 2005 Posts: 1,006 Idaho Falls, Idaho USA	If it makes you more comfortable, turn the freakin' power off. Make sure the battery is good on the software cartridge, though. Again, I've never had problems hot-swapping line or trunk cards.
