Having a problem with PRI trunks installed on a 3300 MX. Customer can not make any outgoing calls, the phone display shows "call barred". The PRI was working fine until the local telco added more DID trunks. According to the telco their side is working correctly, but no changes have been made to the 3300. I enabled the ccs trace and shows RO7 DPN 26 ISRM_I ;10;*1#*50*781#*58*CW*YRh@@@@@A@TfWP#6469317 RI7 DPN 7 NIM *51*3# RI7 DPN F CRM/CIM ;A;*166*1 2 3 4#
I understand the the last line show that the called number does not receive incoming calls.
Any help is appreciated.

What do you set for outbound caller ID? If that is set incorrectly it might effect dialing out.

Problem was with the local telco. Thanks anyways for the suggestion.
