I have a DID that the circuit descriptor is receiving 7 deleting 4--- so I am dealing with a 3 digit extension.
Problem: i cant find the extension 715 anywhere.
I does not exsist. So i cant reassign it togo to vmail first.
The call comes in and routes to 715 and goes straight to the ACD.
Help
It is not a hunt group/analog ext/DNI ext/ IP ext/ console....nothing in ARS/pilots in ACD are completely different.
I can dial 715 and go straight to the ACD.
shocked I am embarassed because no more than a 2 weeks ago, I was the one who sent the calls to the ACD.

But damned if I can remember how I did it!

yeah it was a system speed dial, and I feel STUPID.

I don't work on the 3300 as often as I work on the 200.
So I always forget that the speed dials can be any number.
I only wasted 2 hours looking, and 2 hours of.....what the F***,,,, and then OH YA!
