Another possibility, COS for VM is shared with other devices, like trunks, other stations and so forth. This can cause ALL kinds of trouble. Right now, I'm cleaning up the mess created by having only 2 COS for a Definity!. Operator and everybody else. And you guessed it, it's a hospitality application. Others 'fixed a room port and had 'mysterious' things happening on the admin ports'. John C.

how are you forwarding incoming calls to vmail? are you using form 19? clear out the form 19 forwarding for that tenant and forward manually through the console.
This cleared a simular issue I was having in my last install.
