Looking for a solution to a existing hotel completly IP and we have to comply with ADA standards. Has anyone ever run into this problem? If so what can you do to supply a visual light for telephone ringing other than the phone itself?

You can try use Bell w/strob light on SL port. Might work

That's a great idea. You would have to add an ASU to the 3300, if I'm not mistaken. But that should work- just send the analog line in on a seperate pair and hook up a strobe to it for incoming calls.
