Is there any way to reset the password back to default? The system password was changed by the last person to program the equipment and he is no longer to be found. I need too be able to log in remotely, but cannot.

You have 2 options, none of which are easier than tracking down the person that knows what it was changed to. The first is to default the system (with a flash memory card), and re-program the database. IF it's a hotel, it really wouldn't take that long. The second is to have a Mitel dealer get in touch with Mitel, get an "official" form notarized, and sent back to Mitel. Then, for a fee (that's probably more than your labor), Mitel can modem in and reset the passwords to default! By the way, did you try logging in with the user name "maint1", and then using the default password?

I finally tracked down the right info in the pile of papers left by the former tech. Thanks for the support.
