We are installing an SX 200 ICP in a new jail going up in our area. They want to record every call coming in and going out, Can anybody suggest a good recording system that is compatable with the SX 200? Thanks

There are planty Line Recorded devices out there from $300 up to thousands. Depends on what you are looking for POTS or T1.

The ICP with embedded Express Messenger supports Record-a-Call (hit one button and record the call like a voicemail message). You can also set it to automatically begin recording at the start of each call.
I recommend extra DSP resources and the MX controller with HDD, if you decide to use the EMEM Record-a-call.

We use Callrex. It's a software solution by Telrex that does automatic VoIP recordings of any extension you want to record. I'm not sure if the SX200 is supported but you can check it out at https://www.telrex.com/
