hi guys we just installed a SX200 ICP MX Rel Ver.4.0 at a property.evrything works fine except incoming call routing. all the incoming calls are answered by embedded auto attendant regardless of whether the system is on day/night1 or night2 mode. In form 14 all LS Trunks have same settings with day answer point as 6002(directory no. for outside call on console),for N1 its 6900(access code for voicemail) & for N2 its 400(cordless). also form 19 looks OK but still all incomig calls are routed to auto attendent instead of console for day mode or cordless night 2 mode.

Are you using by chance CLASS Trunks with DID on'em? If my guess is right than all you calls follows Illigal number Answer point in Form 19.

Have you checked that the console has not been put into DND (default code *10) or CF All (default code *03)? Sometimes I find myself looking so hard for a problem in programming that I overlook simpler mistakes.

The trunks are pointing to the hunt group for the auto attendant/vmail either in form 14, 15, or 19. That's how they get there. What do you have programmed in these forms? Again, any tenanting set up?
