I have a sx200 EL system and need to add an ACD login position to an existing phone location. I have changed the COS to match the other ACD login phones and freed up the buttons needed to login. When I try to login by entering the feature code plus the login member number ( in this case #5 + 51-55) I receive "no access". Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure there is only 1 appearance of the main extension of that phone, on that phone. No multiple appearances.

Also, count your licenses. You may be trying to log in phone #6 on a 5-license set. Log someone else out, and see if you can then log in. And remember that COS changes when you log in. Assign the COS that a station has when it's logged out.

Are you trying to log in with 2 agents at the same time? Maybe they aren't loging off from the one before they login with the other.
