Hello,
I work for a partnership program where we support members who have health issues. We have employees on call who may have to call member's homes using their own home phone or a company provided cell phone. The issue is that we don't want members to see personal or cell phone numbers on their caller i.d. due to privacy issues. We want to use DISA so employees can call our system, call out again using system provided dial tone, and have the caller i.d. show our main number. In all of my tests caller i.d. shows the phone number of the originating caller. Is there a way to program the system so our main number shows up instead? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If your PRI is in an NSU you should be able to use IMAT and program the outbound caller id number to always show your main number. I haven't poked around IMAT for awhile, sorry I can't give specific steps. The only drawback is all outbound calls will show the same number.
