Hello all. I just assumed the responsibility for a SX 200. Not sure how the previous guy was accessing the system as there is no Attendant console, and no module for it on the Universal card. I found a tty terminal in a closet and plugged it in and it wasn't communicating with the system. It only returned my input characters.
I have a light on the T-1 card and also the Universal card so I am assuming that what ever the trouble light on the Universal is also tripping the T-1.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
