I have 1 of 100 VM boxes on a 200 ICP that will not forward to email. I have tried everything I know to do...upgraded to latest software release, changed address...even using the same email address for another voicemail box and it works fine....deleted VM box and added back. no luck at all. Any ideas

what is the extension number. is it in the same range as other numbers? is it in the same COS as other numbers. Is this a business or hotel?
