Just to let you know where I'm coming from, I'm an Avaya-certified Tech. I'm now with a company that is transitioning from a Mitel 3300 to an Avaya system.

The present 3300 system has the first three voice mail ports assigned as RAD ports. We are finding that these go to sleep (DND?) at least once a day. It messes up the ACD path as callers just hear ringing, no announcements or MOH.

I can reset them by doing a remote Clear All Features, but I want to know what the cause is so that I can fix it until the new Avaya system is up.

Any ideas on the cause or a more permanent cure?
