I have a customer that upon sending the number out on the PRI, the local carrier only outpulses the main number on the PRI. They need 10 digits coming to them, which the customer has, but they also need the outbound number to be strapped with a coding of "National". This is not to be confused with "NI2" or "National" protocol. The options you can have are: National, User, Unknown, and Subscriber. The customer is sending out "Unknown". How can the customer change "Unknown" to "National" on the outbound call setup message? The customer has the 8.2 software version and a 9109-615-001-NA PRI card installed. Thanks in advance.

Do you the IMAT software? That's what is required for affecting changes on the PRI card. The protocols and transmission settings are located on the card itself, not in the Mitel PBX O/S.

The customer is currently upgrading their IMAT software. They are telling me the only options they have are the PRI protocol on the card software. Does upgrades usually open up other options. I find that scenario not usual.

Take a look yourself. It supposed to be option for "Outgoing Digits" for each chanel in IMAT.
