The following is an smdr log.
10/02 10:05A 0000:00:07 T405 002 3953 3953 3953 10/02 10:03A 0000:01:10 T407 002 3953 3953 3953
Several useres in the building will get a call from the trunk group usually 2 rings and no one there. It appears it is internal.

Is this on a 2K? You mention PRI's, but also say it appears it is internal - how does it appear internal? Are T405 and T407 PRI trunks? The first call log, even though no one was there, the caller stayed off-hook for 1 minute 10 seconds? If this is a 2K are you using COS option "external trunk standard ringback - no" to provide a double ring to incoming external callers (I have had this cause some issues with apparent disconnects with some call center calling into 2Ks).

The second call is okay. The first line is a the issue. 3953 is my ext. It is 2K system.
The first log indicates to me is an internal call.

Just to get a better understanding - did you receive a call on T407, and after you hung up did your set begin ringing as if receiving an incoming call? Did you find these logs by matching 3953? If so I'd be curious if there is an additional SMDR log that can be found by matching T405 and/or T407 at around the same time these other logs were found - I wonder if you will find an smdr log of a trunk to trunk call - with no reference of X3953 in the log.

An internal call would not list a trunk number?!?!?

Possibly the original caller hit redial right after the call.
