I'm a newbie to Mitel administration.
We have a SX-200 ICP.
I have a person who now has 2 different offices in the same building and wants their extension to ring at both phones.
Any help is appreciated.

Program a "key line" appearence of his "prime" extension, using an unused key on the other phone.

If they are both superset types and have multiple appearances of prime line on each phone you may not be able to program as key line on opposite phone but you can make it a multi call of the other ext. Being an ICP you should have a couple of other options, though.

Thanks for the responses.
These are both 5220 IP Phone sets.
Do you have any instructions on this? Sorry, I'm wet behind the ears when it comes to our phone system.

K, I think I figured it out.
Ext 1
Ext 2
Expand set of Ext 2, choose any open key, choose MULTI-CALL, enter Ext 2 under EXT NUM

Jrodgold, exactly right. You may want to do vice versa as well, and put a button of ext 1 on ext 2.
There are also a couple new features, if they're enable on your system, such as suite phones, ring groups, and twinning. You might want to look over the features manual on those features.
