I was wondering if anyone knew how to repair these line cards, or knew a place I can send them so they can be repaired.

9110-110-000 Mitel 8 Station Line Card

Those are the cards we have. We'll have extention drop out from time to time and I have to move the cards around to keep the extentions. Eventually I have to replace the cards. I replace about 1-2 cards per year.

I have 3 Line cards sitting here with a few extentions bad and needs repair. Any ideas?
Is as simple as replacing the relays on the front of the board? Or is it a bit more involved.

They are probably cheaper to purchase rather than repair

No, but they're the same price and you only have to pay shipping one way :-)

Dont know. I buy them for 125 shipped.
But we replace them so often. And a product that seems to bo going out of style, I hate tossing the cards into the trash.

So I have my last 3 cards and wondered if I can repair them. fifty5footer sent me an email and I'll be giving him a call this week to see what we can do this these cards.

Look in your email box. Fred will give you a good deal.

You might want to ask him for a quote on an upgrade to EL or ICP. Figure what it's costing you for cards, and how often, and work out the Return-on-investment.
