Operators are complaining that the console screen of the PBX says call block. I can't find anything on how to turn on/off call block on a SX2000. Any ideas out there?

Go to "Hotel Options Assignment", and see if the call block enabled timer is set. The SX2000 can be set to turn on call block based on the time of day. To manually activate call block, on the console, press "select Options", then "Guest Services". You may also have a "BLOCK" hardkey enabled on the console.
