Where do I change how many rings to voicemail? It is currently 4 and they would like it to be 5.

It’s in the Class of Service of the phone near the bottom, Call Forward No Answer Timer.... It's timed in seconds

Remember, in the sx2000, it's the COS of the originating device, for COS timers. So if it's a CO trunk ringing in, it's the COS of the trunk, NOT the station, for the call forward timer!!
