1 Ip set and 1 Voice Mail port both calling 734-920-0000. Calling it does not appear to be a valid number, this system has been in for a couple years now and it just started doing this. Any ideas?

Can you see the phone dialing the number from the instrument itself? What kind of voice mail is it? With the voice mail I would think it is some kind of out-dial notification. If it is embedded voice mail I would look in form 50 (200 ICP)

No, but it is printing out on the call accounting. The extensions it shows is 608 (IP phone) and 257 (voice mail). It is the embedded on the 200 ICP. Ive checked all of programming and everything seems fine. I did just find on the mitel bulletin that cos option 604 must be disabled or it could call internal extensions...but it is not doing that.

Tony, I think those two things are related. I think there is something with that mailbox that someone has inadvertently set up. I would delete the mailbox from that ext and reprogram it and see if that cures the problem.

If it helps, the exchange is Michigan, near Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and Detroit airport.
The exchange does not appear to have many phone assigned to it. Other numbers with the same AC and exchange seem to be invalid or not in use.
Things that you might want to check:
1.) Modified Digit Table: Are there any references to the digits shown, or any subset of the digits?
2.) Are there any speed dials programmed to buttons into extension 608? If so, what are they?
3.) Try modifying the Speed Dial Feature Access Code (in form 2). Does the problem go away?
4.) Do any of your FACs share digits in sequence with the rogue string (97349200000)?
As a workaround, you may want to block 7349200000 in form 26.

I checked all of this, none seems to be an issue. Although after rebooting the phone system the call has stopped for the time being...will be keeping an eye on it though....
