I have a 200EL that is dropping incoming calls. If you are talking on the console or supersets to an incoming call the transmit audio suddenly goes away after 10 to 45 seconds. you can still hear the outside calling party but they cant hear you. Some C O Lines are T1 and some LS/GS. Same problem on both. I have not noticed this problem on internal calls. I have replaced the DNIC, T1, LS/GS, bay control 3, and master control card. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I discovered today that restoreing the database will make everything start working correctly. I did a printout on it and if this happens again I am going to reinitalize it and reprogram the entire database.
Still looking for ideas just incase this is not the fix.

Rew, just save the program to disk and then reload it. If that doesn't cure the problem, then it's corrupted and you need to initialize and reprogram. Then save the program to disk. Hope you have the MOSS sheet! All of the above AFTER you try the P/S as vad60 suggested. John C. (Not Garand)

I forgot to list the power supply in my first post but I had already replaced it. I have backed it up to a disk and left it on site with a copy of the MOSS sheet. System seems happy at this time. Ill see how long it will last.
Thanks to everyone for your ideas.
