Hook up your Hyper Terminal to serial port. Make sure SMDR buffer overflow is on in trunks COS

What have you tried to get it working again?
If what VAD said works, it’s the call accounting pc or the cable. It may take a few minutes after everything is reconnected to start outputting again.
You can also pull up the log file for a recent snap shot of what should have been output; logs re smdr new 12
