When the auto attendant transfers a call all you hear is silence untill someone or voicemail answers. I think I am overlooking something simple but I just cant find it. You hear the ringing if the attendant transfers the call.
Thanks for any ideas.

The voicemail is set to do a supervised transfer.
Log into the admin (999) box, press 5 for system features, press 9 to change the system wide transfer type to unsupervised.
