I having trouble getting the PMS system to intergrate with the Mitel voicemail. All other features as far as PBX and Call Accounting are working fine. Any thoughts

We'll have loads of questions! Can you tell us how you've set up the iPocket you're using to interface the Vmail to the PMS??

Try putting a laptop with hyperterminal or ProComm on the serial port of the PMS and see what data you're getting on check-in/check-out.

first thing I would verify is what protocol the PMS is using for voice mail. Embedded VM in the 200 ICP only supports two - Hyatt Encore and HIS formats. Everything in these formats is hard coded including baud rate, data bits, stop bits. therefore once you determine what protocol they are using you may need to inform them of the correct communications parameters. to test your end hook your laptop up to the iPocket and call a room that is checked in and forwarded to voice mail. Once the VM answers you do not even have to leave a message. simply hang up and you should see the message count update come across on your computer.
