Working on EL which has a cordless phone programmed for N2. When in N2 and the cordless is being used there is RNA. I guess calls are ringing to the cordless and there is no camp on. I have put the cordless as an extensio on a 4025 that sits right next to the console and it rings. I am not very familar with what my options are but I was thinking if I put the cordless and the 4025 in a circular huntgrp that this may correct the problem. Is there any way to put a phantom on the 4025 without using a port? If I could do that I could put the phantom,, cordless and 4025 all in a circular group and it would ring on one of those extensions till sombody picks it up if one of them is busy. Any suggestions or thoughts on how to make this RNA go away is MUCH appreciated.

Okay - you have a lot of options. First you can enable camp on in the Trunk COS - this will make sure that the cordless has the ability to hear the second call ringing in - drawback is that if they flash and answer the second call they won't be able to transfer it anywhere since if they flash again they are going to get a conference with the first caller.
You can call forward no answer the cordless to the 4025 or to the console ext number (not an LDN) and just make sure that anyone who might want to answer the call is in that pickup group.
If they are using the cordless as a N2 answer point because (and I do this a lot on systems I program) the desk clerk (if there is only one) needs to leave the desk and take the phone with them - then I might seriously consider putting a phone to use like a night bell on the counter, put it in a pickup group with the other phones and CF no answer it to the cordless.
If they have a VMS then you could also CF the cordless to a mailbox that would allow people to transfer to exts or at least tell them the attendant is busy and it will ring them back to Cordless if they dial o or stay on the line.
I wouldn't do a circular group because it would take too long and it seems that the point here is to get the call answered ASAP
If none of those work for you then let us know and there are a few other things you might do.

How about giving the cordless phone a 'multi-call' appearence on the 4025?

Here is how I would do this. You create a hunt group and set N2 to ring on this hunt group. Program the hunt group as terminal hunting and make the first member as the cordless extension and the second one the 4025 phone. If codless is busy it will ring 4025 rightaway.
