My 3300 rebooted by itself recently and while investigating the problem I can across an error message that was unfamiliar. "abnormal reset, cause (Ox43) WATCH_DOG_CPLD_RESET" Does this ring a bell for anyone??
I do not suffer from insanity - I enjoy it.

CPLD is (i think) Mitel-ese for Call Processing Load. In other words, something happened that overloaded the call processing engine, so the system gave up and rebooted. Most frequent cause of something like this that I've seen is a broadcast storm on the LAN the 3300 is connected to, but there could be other reasons as well.

We just had the same thing happen to our in house 3300. We opened up FTP through the firewall to test something for a customer and that port got hammered to the point the system reset. Same log message as above. We obviously locked it back down and now further issues.
