Hi ~

We have a Mitel SX-2000 Light system that will automatically switch to night mode if there hasn't been any activity for a time (such as the middle of the night).

Is there any way to turn this off and only have it go to Night Service if told to do so by the operator?

Thank you!
Jeff

In the consoles class of service, set "Attendant Busy Out timer " to 1440.

You have to Disable "Automatic Switch to Night Mode" from COS.
