need to make three exts ring with the console on internal and external calls, any help would be appreciateed.

When you say extensions do you mean ONS stations or SuperSets? And what are you trying to accomplish?

there are a couple of ways to accomplish what you are trying to accomplish (though that is a little sketchy given the information you have provided). If all the phones you want to ring are within hearing range of the console then, if it were me, I would just do TAFAS . If it's a question of someone being able to answer a second call when the console is occupied then you can overflow to a ring group - or something like that. The only problem with Attendant no answer call forward is that once it leaves forwards it's gone from the console.

If you provide a bit more information on the situation you are trying to address I am sure we can suggest the best way to deal with it.

Larryv - Use IP phones and program them as Sub Attendants. This will make the console and the Sub Attendants ring a the same time and you can answer and transfer from any of them. The only other way that works best is if you use an external ringer by using form 19 and make the relay to energise when the console does not answer after a time out. The good feature is that if the overhead bells start to ring you can still press F0 or the Nighr Bell button from the console to answer this call.
