Can anyone suggest the replacement for Mitel Superset 4015 deskphone.? Can I just go with any multiline deskphone..?

Why not another 4015 ????
It would have to at least be another Mitel set.
The digital sets are proprietary!

it does not have a fully activated speaker phone. what I mean is you can call someone with your handset down but it does not have the microphone, so you have to lift your handset in order for other person to hear you.

Use a 4025.
they have twice as many line keys, and a half duplex speaker phone.
I know a guy who'll give you trade-in value for the old phone (guess who)!!!!!

If you put a Power pack in the back of the phone it will then use full duplex, users should then be able to hear you more clearly.
